Put AI to work.

Ampity builds AI roles around the work your team repeats, connects them to your systems and manages them after launch. Routine work gets done on schedule. Questions go to the right person. Protected decisions wait for yours.

The film introduces AI employees with defined responsibilities. A manager assigns work, sets access and approval boundaries, and reviews the result. Work awaiting approval is distinct from completed work. Interfaces and integrations are illustrative and are validated for each implementation.

  • 1 question to your team
  • 1 decision held for its owner
  • 1 access issue handled with Ampity
  • 1 report delivered for review

Roles, channels, sources and permissions are designed and tested for each implementation. Ryan works from an approved call transcript and does not join the call. Teams and email are channels this example assumes were configured.

How a role joins your team.

The same way a capable hire does. Nothing runs on its own until it has shown it can do the job.

  1. Define the job

The work, the accepted output, the exceptions and who signs it off.

You: The process and an example of finished work.

Ampity: Volumes, edge cases and an acceptance standard.

  2. Teach it

Approved knowledge, examples and rules. Reviewed instructions, not model retraining.

You: The documents and examples you trust.

Ampity: Instructions, checks and scripts for the predictable steps.

  3. Connect access

The systems it needs, on your accounts, one permission at a time.

You: Grant and approve each permission.

Ampity: Builds and tests the integrations.

  4. Watch it work

Representative cases, including the awkward ones, corrected before they count.

You: Review it as you would a new hire's work.

Ampity: Tracks corrections and fixes what fails.

  5. Hand it over

Tested routine work runs on its own. Protected decisions keep their owners.

You: Decide what it may do alone.

Ampity: Monitors, maintains and updates it as your process changes.

Built on customer-owned accounts and infrastructure, with access limited to what each role needs. Data handling, exports and handover are agreed in the engagement.

Jobs you could hand over first.

Good first jobs repeat often, use information you can already reach and end in a result someone can judge.

Useful questions. Straight answers.

Is Ampity AI Workforce a software subscription?

It is a custom engineering and management service, not a standard seat-based software subscription. Ampity designs the roles, integrations and operating process around your requirements. Third-party platforms and provider accounts may be part of the implementation and have their own terms and charges.

Can the workforce work without us prompting every task?

Yes, an implemented workflow can start from agreed schedules or events and carry out authorised routine tasks. The permitted actions, checks, retry limits and escalation rules are defined and tested. Protected decisions still follow the agreed approval process.

Does it work in Teams, Slack and our business software?

We assess and engineer the connections your workflow needs. Availability depends on supported APIs, tenant permissions, licences and the required actions. Processing an approved meeting transcript is different from joining a live meeting; live participation is separately scoped and validated.

Who owns the accounts and business information?

The service is designed around customer-owned accounts and infrastructure, with access limited to approved information and actions. Custom components, third-party licences, data handling, exports and handover are agreed in the engagement. Provider terms and retention settings must also be considered.

How do we know whether the work is good enough?

We agree what an acceptable work product looks like, then evaluate representative normal and failure cases. Source support, completeness, authorised actions, exceptions and required human review form part of that evaluation. Track corrections and review effort alongside the accepted results.

How is it priced?

Implementation, ongoing management and provider or infrastructure usage are scoped separately for each engagement. Compare the complete cost of accepted work, including review and corrections. Savings depend on the workload; we do not promise a fixed multiple.

What job would you hand over first?

Tell us what keeps coming back to your team, which systems it touches and what a good result looks like. We will work through the scope, feasibility and next step with you.

No details are needed to watch or explore. Use the form only if you would like us to reply. Please do not include credentials or sensitive customer records.
