Code of Conduct
Who this applies to
This public code describes the conduct Ampity expects from directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and other people representing or working with Ampity. Contractual or local workplace policies may set additional requirements.
Respect and inclusion
We expect professional, respectful conduct. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, retaliation, and abusive behaviour are not acceptable. Decisions about work and opportunity should be based on legitimate business and role requirements.
Integrity and conflicts
People working with Ampity must act honestly, avoid misrepresentation, disclose material conflicts of interest, keep accurate records, and never offer or accept a bribe, kickback, or improper advantage.
Information and systems
Confidential, personal, client, and company information must be used only for authorised purposes and protected with appropriate care. Access to systems must follow approved security practices, least-privilege principles, and applicable contractual obligations.
Responsible engineering
We expect teams to communicate risks honestly, respect intellectual-property rights, document material decisions, test work proportionately, and avoid concealing defects, security issues, or unsupported claims.
Raising a concern
Concerns about conduct connected with Ampity can be sent to legal@ampity.io. Reports should be made in good faith. Ampity will assess them discreetly and does not permit retaliation for a genuine concern.
