Website Terms of Use
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of ampity.io, its public tools, articles, playbooks, whitepapers, diagrams, and other website resources. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
These terms do not govern engineering or consulting services. A client engagement begins only when Ampity and the client sign a written agreement. That agreement, including any master services agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, or order form, controls the engagement.
Educational resources
Ampity publishes general technical and business information for educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, security, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating whether a pattern, recommendation, estimate, or example is suitable for your circumstances.
We work to keep published material useful and accurate, but technology changes and content can become incomplete or outdated. We do not promise that every resource is error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a specific system.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website to break the law, interfere with its availability, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, misrepresent your identity, or infringe the rights of Ampity or another person.
Reasonable indexing by search engines and ordinary quotation or linking are permitted. Automated access that creates excessive load, circumvents controls, or republishes substantial portions of the site requires written permission.
Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, Ampity owns or licenses the website design, text, diagrams, software, trademarks, and other content. You may view, download, and share links to public resources for your internal evaluation and non-commercial reference.
You may not sell, rebrand, remove attribution from, or publish substantial reproductions of Ampity content without written permission. Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
External links and services
The website may link to third-party sites or use services such as scheduling, chat, analytics, and CRM tools. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not mean Ampity endorses every statement, service, or security practice on the external site.
Website availability and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public resources are provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Ampity is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability connected with paid client services is governed only by the signed client agreement.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. Our cookie policy explains optional browser storage and services.
We may update these website terms when the site, applicable law, or our practices change. We will publish the revised date here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any rights you have under mandatory laws in your location.
