Ampity's AWS Advanced Tier status reflects production delivery experience
AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status and service-specific delivery designations support Ampity's cloud architecture, modernization, platform, and operations work.
The tier is a broad AWS partner signal. Transfer Family, ECS, and RDS Delivery designations add service-specific evidence. Customer acceptance still depends on the delivered system.
The claim, the delivery relevance, and the proof remain separate.
A partnership or award is an external signal. This page explains what that signal establishes, what it does not establish, and what evidence a buyer should expect from an Ampity engagement.
What Advanced Tier status represents
AWS states that Advanced Tier Services Partners have a strong team of trained and certified technical people and proven customer experience.
For a customer, that is useful context but not a finished delivery decision. The engagement still has to show why AWS is appropriate, how the target boundary was chosen, which risks matter, and what evidence establishes readiness.
Tier and service designations are different
Advanced Tier describes the broader AWS services practice. AWS Transfer Family, Amazon ECS, and Amazon RDS Delivery are distinct, service-specific validations.
Transfer Family is relevant to managed file transfer and the connected identity, storage, audit, and processing path. ECS is relevant to container platforms and their release, networking, scaling, observability, and controls. RDS is relevant to relational database migration, availability, performance, backup, recovery, and ownership.
How the credentials affect delivery
The credentials bring focused AWS platform context into discovery and design. They do not replace workload evidence or independent judgment.
The team begins with application behavior, dependencies, demand, data boundaries, security, recovery, operating capability, and cost constraints.
What customers should receive
Customers should receive decisions, infrastructure and delivery code, migration and rollback evidence, observability, recovery procedures, cost visibility, runbooks, and ownership.
Service-specific evidence should also reflect the risky path: transfer failure and replay, container release and rollback, or database migration and recovery.
What the status does not guarantee
No badge certifies a future architecture before it has been designed and tested. A service designation does not mean that service should be selected by default.
Three focused validations within Ampity's AWS practice.
These are separate from Advanced Tier status. Each Service Delivery designation represents service-specific delivery depth and is relevant only when the customer workload needs that capability.
AWS Transfer Family Delivery
Managed file-transfer work where protocol compatibility, identity, security, storage integration, audit, and replay must work together.
Amazon ECS Delivery
Container platforms where deployment safety, networking, scaling, observability, security, and rollback matter beyond the first release.
Amazon RDS Delivery
Relational data workloads where migration, availability, performance, backup, recovery, and cost have direct production consequences.
Ajit Inamdar
Ajit leads Ampity's cloud and platform engineering direction. His role connects AWS architecture and service delivery with the business outcome, operating model, and engineering team responsible for the system.

This is not an architecture diagram. It is the sequence of judgment and evidence a customer should be able to inspect.
01 · Constraint
Name the production pressure
Availability, migration risk, security, performance, data movement, team capability, and cost become explicit.
02 · Platform judgment
Choose the AWS boundary
The team decides what AWS should own, what remains application responsibility, and where risk must be controlled.
03 · Delivery proof
Test the risky path
Migration rehearsals, load tests, recovery exercises, policy checks, release gates, and observability test the design.
04 · Customer evidence
Leave an operable system
Dashboards, runbooks, decision records, cost views, recovery procedures, and ownership remain with the customer.
What this supports for customers
A clearer modernization boundary
The estate is separated into what should move, what should change, and what should stay stable. This prevents a migration from quietly becoming an uncontrolled rewrite.
Controls designed with the platform
Identity, infrastructure as code, observability, release safety, recovery, and cost ownership enter the design before launch.
Service-specific delivery depth
Transfer Family, ECS, and RDS designations support focused conversations about managed file transfer, container platforms, and relational data workloads.
An operable handoff
Runbooks, decision records, dashboards, recovery procedures, and ownership boundaries remain with the customer team.
