Anti-Bribery and Corruption Statement

Our position

Ampity does not tolerate bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or any improper attempt to influence a business or public decision. This applies whether the benefit is offered directly or through a third party.

Gifts and hospitality

Reasonable, transparent business hospitality may be acceptable when it is lawful, modest, infrequent, and not intended to influence a decision. Cash, cash equivalents, secret commissions, and gifts tied to an award or approval are not acceptable.

Third parties

People acting for Ampity must be selected for legitimate business reasons and must not be used to make an improper payment or provide an advantage that Ampity would not provide directly. Material conflicts of interest should be disclosed.

Accurate records

Payments, expenses, discounts, commissions, and gifts must have a legitimate purpose and be recorded accurately. False descriptions, undisclosed side arrangements, and off-book transactions are prohibited.
